Posts is everything you have written: drafts still cooking, finished pieces waiting for a day, and everything you’ve published. Two views of the same library, List and Board, and a filter bar above them for searching the text or narrowing by topic, campaign or date. In List the stage is a heading; on the Board it is a column. Either way the row opens to the whole text.
A piece the coach wrote for you carries a mark on its row, permanently. Full history on a row shows what happened to it and when.
The logistics live on the row
Open a piece to set its topic, channel (where it’s meant to go), a campaign, and a planned date. The planned date is what puts it on the team calendar, it is coordination, not scheduling: nothing posts by itself.
Publishing, two ways, and never by itself
When a piece is ready you get the send-off. If you have connected your LinkedIn profile in Settings, Post to LinkedIn publishes it from here, when you press the button and not before. If you have not, or you publish somewhere else, Copy text and then It’s posted tells us it happened. Either way nothing is scheduled and nothing goes out without you pressing something.
Tagging links
If your piece has links and you’ve set UTM parameters on the channel or campaign, Append UTM parameters rewrites every link in the text. It tells you how many it changed, and says so plainly when there was nothing to tag.
