Your work
Plan, and honest numbers
Consistency first, intention versus reality, and no fake data.
Plan is the backward look: did what you did match what you said you’d do?
Consistency is the hero
Streaks and simple badges lead, because showing up is the part you control. There are two streaks and they answer different questions. On Progress & Wins the streak counts consecutive weeks in which you published at least one post: did you keep going. On Homebase the streak counts weeks in which you hit the rhythm you set, and it is the forgiving one: one missed week pauses it, two end it. Sustainable, not punishing.
A post the coach wrote for you counts as published here, and does not extend a streak or fill a badge. The numbers say how much you wrote.
Said versus did
Your chosen topics sit beside what you actually posted, so drift is visible without anyone lecturing you about it. The app also judges each post as on-topic or reaching, and what you see is the total per topic rather than a label stuck on individual posts. It is a coaching input, not a grade.
Engagement
Engagement is read only against your own past, never against other people, and never while you’re writing. Until a platform connection exists, Plan says “not enough data yet” rather than inventing a chart.
Training plan
This is the one place to change your topics, rhythm, days, goal and reason after setup.
Your posting days have to add up. If your rhythm says two posts a week, tick two posting days, not four. The plan refuses to save a mismatch and says which way it does not add up while you are still fixing it. Ticking no days at all is fine, and the app spreads them across the week for you.
