Getting started

Your intention profile

The short setup that everything else orients against.

Setup asks a handful of questions once. It is not a formality, it is the anchor the coach uses for the rest of the product.

  • Your goal: what posting is actually for.
  • Your topics: the few things you want to be known for.
  • Your audience: who you’re talking to.
  • Your rhythm: how many posts a week you want to show up for. You pick this; it is a commitment, not a vanity number. Setup does not ask which days, and the app spreads them for you until you say otherwise.

Two things setup deliberately leaves out. Why this matters to you is a real question and too big a one for a signup form, so it waits for you on the Training plan, where the coach reflects it back when you go quiet. And which days you post is on the Training plan too, where the number and the days have to agree: pick a day for every post in your week, or none at all and let the app choose.

Changing it later

Everything is editable under Training plan. That is the only place the profile changes after setup, so there’s one obvious source of truth.

Why the coach asks for so little

It only remembers your intentions. It keeps no voice profile and does not learn to imitate you across sessions, deliberately.

One thing to know precisely: when you spend a cheat, that one call reads a few of your published posts so the post it writes sounds like you. Nothing is stored from that reading, and it happens only when you ask for a cheat. There is no model of your style sitting anywhere.
